This course will give a broad, yet strong foundation on mindfulness and meditation. Throughout the course we take the basics of mindfulness practices deeper into the different angles of meditation. As we are individual to each other, the course will provide a wide and whole-life approach, in order for you to to bring the benefits of mindfulness and meditation into your day to day life in different angles..
Course Content:
Meditation Techniques, Breath Work, Relaxation Practices, Guided Relaxation, Mindfulness Exercises & supported Mindfulness time.
